Starting a Foreclosed Home Clean Out Service

I have a posting up of a flyer and some info I created for starting a foreclosed home clean out service on another site and have gotten SO much response for information I decided to give those people the chance to obtain the flyer sample along with some tips that have worked for us (I don't spend a lot of time on that website anymore).

Since it takes time to email the info to each and every one of those people (there were 58,000 hits to that post YIKES) I decided to offer the flyer sample and the tips for only $2.50!! That's right get your own copy of the flyer that got my husband a call off a posting on craigslist within 30 minutes of him posting it!!
He's been doing that business for several years now. So much word of mouth did he receive that it evolved into a professional handyman business with repeat customers including realtors!!
You can do it too. No matter where you live, with just a pick up truck and maybe a couple of other guys (depending on the size of the job).
