Hello everyone! How's your summer going? Here in North Texas it's hotter than he** I don't know about you, but the older I get, the less I can stand the heat. So on a hot summer day the last thing I want to do is cook over a hot stove. My hubby is a fantastic cook and he makes some amazing dishes. And he can also make some yummy cold sandwiches. And since I love everything he whips up, I thought I'd share one of his favorite recipes for making ham pinwheels. He prepared them for my daughter's baby shower, along with all the other food, and they were a BIG Hit! I'd love for you to try it out and share with me how your friends and family liked them.
