EZ Chicken Parmigiana So we all know I'm not Italian lol However, I love Italian food. I mean, who doesn't, right? I saw a really good recipe for this Chicken Parmesan a few years ago and I have adapted it to my taste Since we are empty nesters, I now cook for two on a regular basis. And by regular basis, maybe once a week HA! Adjust the recipe as you see fit. You will need 2 boneless chicken breasts about a cup of breadcrumbs one jar of your favorite marinara sauce 24 oz. ( I prefer this one) Bertolli's a cup of grated parmesan 4 slices of swiss cheese foil butter or olive oil baking pan Preheat oven to 450 degrees Pour 1/2 jar of marinara sauce into shallow bowl and stir in the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
