Last weekend I had the color bug. I really felt like sprucing up here and there with splashes of color. Several years ago I bought a pretty antique mirrored tray and have been using it as a centerpiece on my coffee table. Well today it's getting a makeover! With a few simple steps I gave my living room area some much needed ooomph! I remembered that I had bought some cute little birdies at the Dollar Tree right before Easter. Then I took down my very pretty glass bottle/vase my daughter gave me for Christmas. I went outside to paint. I gave the tray a couple of coats of Rustoleum Gloss Spa Blue The birdies got about 4-5 coats of the white satin due to all the texture they had . (ignore the wreath for now ;) A few minutes later and voila! Doesn't the apple green against the spa blue look gorgeous! And here they are inside: Now it's your turn!
