Book Page Bunny Silhouette Art and Banner

Book page bunny silhouette and cute Easter banner I'm back today to show you a super easy and cute way to decorate your mantle.  Or in my case, my faux mantle. It's just an Ikea shelf that we hung in our little dining area. I love to decorate it now.  For the bunny silhouette art You will need a piece of long wood or any size really A bunny silhouette  (you can find mine here and download it) clear tape old book pages black card stock or black vinyl Cricut Explore  First I took a piece of mdf that I had lying around.  I like the size. It's perfect for that space.  Then I found a bunny that was standing. I just searched on pinterest. You can either download it and print it out and just cut it by hand or I downloaded it and put it into my Cricut Design Space and cut it in vinyl.  Since I wanted my bunny to be 16inches tall x 8 inches wide I  had to cut it in 2 sections.  You can do that when you...

Do It Yourself {DIY Subway Dresser}

I've been putting this project off for a looooong time. I've had the stencils cut out , th e paint all mixed up and the dress er ready to go.  I just didn't feel like doing it. You ever have one of those....years? A little background on this dresser. Th is was a Goodwill find. 10 years ago.  It started out as a little girl 's dresser. The type one would find at Sears . It had a laminate top and seashells on the front drawers.  My hubby went to work on it and removed the seashells and st ripped the top of the laminate.  I painted it in a distressed pattern and used it as a changing table.  Then , w hen we mo ved into this house, I pa inted it again with a horrible brown paint.  I've hated it ever since but have been too lazy to do anyt hing wit h it.      {you can barely see it here^^} My little gu y has a thing for planes. Dollar Store Craft-Make A Pretty Cupcake Plate

Happy Wednesday to all!! We're almost to the weekend and I am here today to share a really simple and cheap way to pretty up your cupcake and party presentation!  Here's what you'll need: 2 dollar store plates 2 dollar store small glass candle sticks vinyl Cricut electronic cutter Storybook Cartridge  Loctite Superglue (All Glass) First gather your plate and candlestick and make sure they are clean and dry. Lay your plate bottom side up on a sturdy surface. You will take your Loctite glue and squeeze some out onto the top of the candlestick. Turn the candlestick over and carefully center it onto the back of the plate. Hold for a few minutes to set it onto the plate. Carefully turn the plate and candlestick over while holding onto both and place a book or other object on plate to further set it in place. Do the same for your other plate(s). When your plates are all done, you can continue on to cut your vinyl. I set my Cricut cutte...
