Thankful Thursdays-Uncovering Your Hidden Talents

Yesterday my daughter and I attended a cute little play at my little guy's school.  It was a take on the story of Rumpelstiltskin with a modern twist. The kids did a fantastic job.  And of course, being the biased audience member that I am, I especially thought this guy did the best job of all ;) He played the main character Rumpel. A PR guy who has the queen sign over her first born child in exchange for riches. I tell you my little guy had the audience in stitches! But I digress. You see, for some time now, my son, who is 9 years old, has been in a self esteem rut.  What with being the youngest of three children and having super talented older siblings, well the kid thought he didn't catch a break when talent was being handed out in heaven. Well he was wrong! I wish you could have seen his face beaming at the applause they all received at the end of the performance.
